How does it feel when you lose a part of yourself into an unknown
space?
How does it feel to live in-between
hope and hopelessness?
How does it feel to live at a big
loss and look forward to a bigger loss?
How does it feel when you yearn for
something which you cannot have?
How does it feel to constantly think
about someone closest to you, not anymore?
How does it feel to remember the
good old times - feel happy and sad at the same time?
How does it feel to wait for the
call you'll never receive?
How does it feel to erase the most
memorable memories?
How does it feel to feel abandoned
and stripped?
How does it feel to be challenged by
love?
How does it feel to become at peace
with the internal chaos?
How does it feel to not feel
anything anymore ?
You have asked probably the toughest question a man can ever come across.
ReplyDeleteI will directly come to the last question.
When you let go of your feelings, you become wise. You know nothing is permanent and being adept at feeling will only give you pain. I mostly see life as a journey to fullfil your duties without feelings.
Is it difficult?
Absolutely yes but time, people and loss make you wise enough to become "dispassionate".
Well said Vishwas. I'm at a loss of words after reading your response. Couldn't agree more! :-)
DeleteCould not have put it better mysellf. Well done! Bahut badiya! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Ajay!
DeleteIt's ' myself' not 'mysellf'. Take care, Divya. Stay safe, stay at home. #lockdown
ReplyDeleteMyself? I cannot find that word in this blog. What do you mean to say?
DeleteYou too, stay safe.
